For Artscape 2019. Local Local boy Charlie is the root of this particular festival. It started with his vision of turning little Ljusdal into the worlds largest outdoor gallery. He started to paint garbage cans and arrange a few smaller walls and it all grew from there. And then the Artscape crew came up with the genius idea of a festival concentrated to houses surrounding a parking lot, this awsome festival was a fact.
