Big wall by Harke Broersma. This was the first mural made for the new Writer's Block Mural Festival in Leeuwarden. Harke sliced Friesland on this wall. He shows how diverse Friesland is. You can see it's animals and plants, but also a part of it's rich history with the Oldehove tower, the water gate of Sneek, a skutjse (sailing boat) and a famous lifesaving boat from Terschelling. On the right part you can see some graffiti by MEGA, ROMEO and ENOS. The poem is by Elmer Kuiper and is titles Olitski and is about the sea.
