The 3D mural will reflect the importance of the work of hydrometeorologists, both during wartime and in peacetime.  Meteorologists work around the clock, collect and analyze data on weather conditions, which are important for air defense, and for farmers, and foresters, and in many other areas. 

 This is a mural of thanks from the weather service to our military for their stability, for protection, for the opportunity to work and do business. 

 An important element of the mural is the image of a soldier in peacetime in the middle of a sunflower field in the middle of a heliograph.
  This is the belief that a peaceful time will come in Ukraine and we will again enjoy the sky without threats.
