Secret mosaic

Vladimir Ovchinnikov was a director of the Western museum until 1978 and he laid on the wall of the building of this museum candles of chestnuts, the Ukrainian Madonna and the head of either an adult Mowgli, or tractor driver. It is said that he was engaged in this every day from 7am, for his own pleasure and for his own  money. It is clear that he wanted that everybody could see the mosaic but nowhere,  except for the inner yard of this museum, he was not allowed to work. But thanks to this circumstance, unthinkable characters are still alive.
