With his flower meadow and the elves, he creates a stark contrast to the gray concrete. He wants to bring a little joy and happy thoughts to patients and their visitors in their difficult situations. Very nice, the details of each meadow dweller.
Perhaps the elves still have wishes, and may they come true...
Could also be a suggestion to the city that we need more wildflower meadows...
