The artist collective Sebastian Saffenreuter & Clemens Brück were once again busy in the southern district. 

The betont.es collective enlivens urban space with contemporary, graphic wall designs. For us, this design means looking at places in their context and creating an interplay between architecture, people and the environment with our images. This results in exciting, painted stories that are painted brightly or restrainedly, loudly or quietly.

Many guest workers who have come to Germany to work in the steel mill live here, many of them have stayed here and Krefeld is their adopted home. They enrich the culture in Krefeld.
Even the old water tower is represented! Again, three ugly power boxes less!
