The mural depicts Ignacy Jan Paderewski sitting at a piano. The painting alludes to the future prime minister's visit to Poznań in December 1918, which sparked euphoria among Poznań residents. The background is composed of intricately drawn, stylized Art Nouveau poppies, with the flowers occasionally replaced by red and white insurgent ribbons.
Mural was painted by Mark Maksimovich with Alex Novitski and Anna Waluś.
