Fight or Flight
Description
“Fight or Flight” is a tribute to the Aplomado Falcon, an endangered species of Texas, to illustrate the effects of Climate Change on our environment. It comes in support of the @unitednations ’ Sustainable development goal 13 that invites us all to take immediate actions to combat climate change and its impacts.
The falcon is flying above the trees towards freedom, rising like a phoenix, spreading its wings… yet, if you look closely you will see it disappearing in the background at the same time recalling its fragile and conditional existence.
Houston Bigger Change Murals is an unprecedented series of 9 large murals curated by Street Art for Mankind and created by prominent international and local artists to amplify awareness on social and environmental issues in Houston and beyond.
