This street art mural depicts a woman with a large crown of green, spiky leaves, possibly from a native plant like the hala tree. Her face is rendered in a soft, realistic style with a serene expression. She has large, brown eyes and a subtle smile. A cluster of white flowers, likely plumeria or pua kenikeni, is visible below her chin.

The original piece appears to have been a very beautiful and detailed mural, but it has since been covered with white graffiti tags. The large, bold, and swirling tags completely obscure a significant portion of the woman's face and hair, unfortunately detracting from the artistry and craftsmanship of the original work.

Based on its style and the high-quality, large-scale nature of the mural, it is likely a piece from a street art festival such as Hawaiʻi Walls, formerly known as POW! WOW! Hawaii. These festivals, which have been active in Honolulu's Kaka'ako district since 2011, commission artists to create public murals that are often left up for a period of time before being replaced. The tagging suggests the mural may have been up for some time, as it is no longer fresh.
