Grafisch ontwerper Julio Colomo ontwierp deze neoninstallatie op de voormalige gevangenismuur langs de Kleine Ring, ook wel de Groene Boulevard genoemd, in Hasselt.

Het project, in samenwerking met SAGA, kwam er ter ere van de vijftigste verjaardag van de Universiteit Hasselt. De Oude Gevangenis doet nu dienst als 'stadscampus' en huisvest onder meer de hoofdzetel van de Universiteit Hasselt.

Graphic designer Julio Colomo designed this neon installation on the former prison wall among the 'Kleine Ring', also known as the 'Groene Boulevard' in Hasselt.

This project, in collaboration with SAGA was created in honor of Hasselt University's fiftieth anniversary. The Old Prison now serves as a 'city campus' and houses the headquarters of Hasselt University.
