Mr. Critical is vooral bekend als dj, met o.a. zijn eigen Critical feesten in de Muziekodroom, maar hij is ook een zeer begenadigd graffiti artiest. Hij maakte de hoes voor zijn eigen The Compostive Two album en exposeerde in 2018 nog op de Outside Inside expositie.
De in Limburg geboren Melvin heeft zijn roots in de graffiti scene. Werkt tegenwoordig in Antwerpen en iIlustreert boeken, animatiefilms, en andere creatieve media.
