John Murray is a well know artist in this area and lives and has his own art gallery in Lightning Ridge. In April 2018 ten renowned artists throughout Australia visited Gulargambone to create the wildest of make overs. Twelve buildings, one water tower and two footpaths were chosen for wonderful murals including 3D interactive artworks.
