Artist Raman Bhardwaj painted various Wizard of Oz characters around the city to coincide with the Carolina Theatre's production of The Wizard of Oz... at the end of the yellow brick road painted high on the interior wall of the side entrance at Red Cinemas is the Grand Wizard with "who rang that bell" quote.
