Artist Raman Bhardwaj painted various Wizard of Oz characters around the city to coincide with the Carolina Theatre's production of The Wizard of Oz... Painted on the back of Red Cinemas is Dorothy holding Toto in front of a rainbow with the words to the song "Over the Rainbow" painted in the lower right side.
