Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch of the East

Artist Raman Bhardwaj painted various Wizard of Oz characters around the city to coincide with the Carolina Theatre's production of The Wizard of Oz. The Wicked Witch of the East character is painted on a wall at 516 Federal Place facing Eugene street. "The wicked witch was here" is the tag painted beside her. That same spray paint tag (done by artist Raman) was used over the local digital billboard to promote the play as well.
