Wizard of Oz the Evil Wizard

Artist Raman Bhardwaj painted various Wizard of Oz characters around the city to coincide with the Carolina Theatre's production of The Wizard of Oz. The wizard is painted on the grey retaining wall beside Bruegger's Bagels.
