Artist Raman Bhardwaj painted various Wizard of Oz characters around the city to coincide with the Carolina Theatre's production of The Wizard of Oz. The ruby slippers was the second installation painted on the bottom of the loading dock behind Pig Pounder Brewery. It is all about the shoes is written at the top.
