Emergence Festival - Orticanoodles is the pseudonym of two Italian artists, an active and close-knit duo, composed by Wally and Alita.
Wally was born in Carrara, where he attended the School of Art in 1996. He then moved to Milan where he met Alita.
In 2004, at the beginning of the first illegal actions, their laboratory was located in the Ortica district in Milan, where Orticanoodles took shape. The image of the "mark" Orticanoodles has made its appearance on the streets of the main European cities. Their creations are based on a POP code characterized by the use of the stencil technique, among the first to use this new form of art.
Currently the duo is in production, around the metropolis around the world.
Until today the duo has painted stencils, different in an autonomous way, but has also participated in important international events and festivals, as well as exhibiting works in museums and private exhibition spaces.
