Street art immortalising the wonderful Chrissy Amphlett in Geelong this week. Chrissy was the lead singer for Divinyls, one of Australia’s leading rock bands in the 80s and 90s. She was such a unique and talented rock vocalist, I loved her and their music.
Chrissy grew up in Geelong and was taken far too early in 2013 at the age of 53 after a long battle with breast cancer.
This mural is by Ian Lowe the second image shows the detail of the smaller portraits in the wall.
