Lagunar

‘Lagunar,’ the name of this intervention covering more than 120m², features the silhouette of a native species—the climbing plant Smilax aspera—which the artist discovered “right nearby.” This artwork serves as the image (and identity) we hope will stay with those who arrive, depart, or pass through this transit point. It symbolizes the nature that dominates much of the Antuã region, just across the tracks—a reality still largely unknown, which we sought to highlight in a unique way with the immense talent of Tellas.
