Zollverein Nord station
Description
2023 the Street Dreams Festival brought urban arts directly to the Essen Zollverein Nord station. This four-day urban art and hip-hop festival is organized by the Herne-based association Pottporus e.V. in close cooperation with PACT Zollverein. Renowned graffiti and street artists teamed up to completely redesign the walls of the typically drab train tunnel directly at the Zollverein Nord station.

Andrea Ranke (streetartwalks)
In 2013 I started with a new hobby. In the beginning it was difficult to get reliable information how to find streetart in public space. In 2016, I had the idea of sharing my information with other street art enthusiasts and started my blog “Streetartwalks”. When I found out about this new street art community at the beginning of 2018, I was immediately on board.
