AMAR O MINHO

Juan Domingues (VE, 1981) made this artworks during the artistic residence in Esposende, within the scope of the Programme of Artistic Interventions and Community “NO MINHO NÃO HÁ ALDEIA MELHOR DO QUE A MINHA!” (In Minho, there is no village better than mine!).

In this mural, in Marinhas, Juan Domingues created a double-sided painting, representative of the history and stories of the moleirinhas, the workers at the mills.

This project is promoted by the MINHO IN consortium that integrates the 24 municipalities of Minho and is curated by Helena Mendes Pereira.
