This wall is located exactly between the Enschede Music Center and the ArtEZ Conservatory. This artwork by Spanish artist Jabier Landa was completed in 2024 and is inspired by the muses of Pan, the god of music, who sits on the roof of the conservatory just around the corner. There is a muse of music and a muse of theater. The muses are surrounded by flowers. These flowers symbolize the artists who blossom here and have the space to flourish in Enschede. Finally, there is a little secret hidden in the artwork. Can you find it?

Deze muur zit precies tussen Muziekcentrum Enschede en het ArtEZ Conservatorium in. Dit kunstwerk van de Spaanse artiest Jabier Landa is gerealiseerd in 2024 en geïnspireerd op de muzen van muziekgod Pan, die om de hoek op het dak van het conservatorium zit. Zo is er een muze van muziek en een muze van theater. De muzen worden omgeven door bloemen. Deze bloemen staan symbool voor de artiesten die hier tot bloei komen, en in Enschede de ruimte hebben om op te bloeien. Tot slot is er een klein geheimpje verstopt in het kunstwerk.
