Love Without Borders

This is another one of Tino Ortega's mylar balloon murals. He has put them all over the city, almost as a love letter to El Paso. It's fascinating how he uses the balloons to reflect what's behind the viewer - as if the mural is a reflecting surface rather than paint. Ortega has vowed to create 23 of these murals in the city to honor the 23 victims of the shooting at Walmart in 2019.
