Felipe Adame, Jesus "Machido" Hernandez

La Virgen de Guadalupe

Description

This work was created in 1981 and captures one of the most prevalent themes in murals due to the strong Roman Catholic history of the region. It took six months to complete and was sponsored by the League of Latin American Citizens (LULAC), Ruidoso Grocery, and others. Adame restored the mural in 1991.
