Deow, New Zealand's southern most artist is from Southland. He is one of our best known graffiti writers who is now working full time as an artist. The Kaka is an endangered NZ native parrot that visits the outer city limits, it just might surprise you as you are viewing this mural as its sometimes seen in North East Valley where this wall is.
