Toothfish is a fictional environmental activist & street artist who has been using posters and stickers to raise awareness of environmental issues since 2010 and as done a number of murals around New Zealand and in England. This mural can also be viewed from a distance from the footpath on the overhead bridge by the stairway beside 77 Vogel Street. You get a nice view of the Otago Harbour as well as the Toothfish mural.
