Guy Howard Smith is a local artist who has painted several murals in Dunedin. He has painted two murals at Arana College which is a Hall of Residence at the University of Otago. You can see one of these murals from iron gate on Clyde Street, this is of James Allen a former chancellor who the local Maori called Arana. To view the other you need to go towards the main entrance up the driveway, this image is about protecting our oceans from rubbish.
