Description

This was the last participation in the @galpcostasostible project, which was carried out in Paseo del Ézaro. A contribution full of history since last year was the centenary of one of the most emblematic photos by the American photographer Ruth Anderson, where some women from the area were represented fishing on the beach using a very old technique that consisted of dragging very large nets from the shore with ropes and which meant a lot of effort for them, thus valuing the great work they were doing. On the occasion of the centenary, last year the women of the area (many relatives of those who appeared in the original photo) made a simulation of the same photo and took the opportunity to hold an event called "A woman and work". It was definitely the best way to say goodbye to this project, I wanted to take advantage of the theme to shape the original photo and give it an old photo look. Thanks as always to @vellaescola_culturaurbana.
