Dalymount Park was once the home to Irish football and also played host to these two legends back in it's heyday. Bob played in 1980 and Philo played in 1977 with Thin Lizzy. Both these men are no longer with us but what a lovely commemoration this is. Painted by local artist Niall O'Lochlainn, the contrasting murals depict the singers in contrasting styles. Bob's appearance is iconic while the image of Phil was designed by the late Colin McGinley, a local to Phibsborough. Niall took his design and painted this in his memory.
