This is a neighborhood project at the Pothoofd in Deventer. The residents themselves had to prevent the waste dump from entering the container. A mural was conceived as 1 of the solutions. After a joint brainstorm with Egbert.EGD they came up with this design. The eye gives people the feeling that they are being watched, and the yellow / black / white lines must reflect the viewing angle and the fence so as not to put things around the container. Residents themselves helped where possible, with making the mural.
