Storks
Description
This mural by Sophia den Breems and Gordon Meuleman refers to the storks that were used to keep the former market place for river fish clean and tidy. To avoid that the storks left their legs were broken and wings clipped. The plant is a coffee plant and refers to the shop inside the building.

During the first lock down in 2020 street art crossed my path. I was amazed by the quality and the effect on the environment. Since then, street art has stuck with me. I regularly give guided tours along street art in the center of The Hague and over the Binckhorst.
