Description
Three generations of women embroidering a blanket and intertwining, symbolizing the economic and family support that the women of this town have achieved through the inheritance of the profession of seamstresses and embroiderers, as any woman who works outside the home in this town is looked down upon.
Technique: Earth painting on earth plaster.
Location: Huatecalco, a sugar cane-producing area in the state of Morelos.
