Kölors

Gais started out as a tagger on the streets of Rio de Janeiro in the 1990s and is now one of the stars of Brazil's vibrant street art scene. His radiant murals always demonstrate an intensive examination of shapes and colors. To match the colorful wall composition, he named his mural “Kölors”, a word created from Köln and colors. He created this mural for City Leaks in 2013. 
 

Gais begann in den 1990er Jahren als Tagger in den Straßen von Rio de Janeiro und gehört inzwischen zu den Stars innerhalb der lebhaften Street Art Szene Brasiliens. Seine strahlenden Murals zeugen stets von einer intensiven Auseinandersetzung mit Formen und Farben. Passend zur bunten Wandkomposition hat er sein Mural „Kölors“ getauft, eine Wortschöpfung aus Köln und colors. Dieses Mural hat er 2013 für City Leaks geschaffen.
