Description
The car park has now been bought by a building developer and closed.
The North Place car park in Cheltenham has been a regular location for the Cheltenham Paint Festival since it's inception in 2017. The boards around the car park often rotate with artworks during each festival but also some sections do get refreshed throughout the year.
