Despite his youth, Aryz is one of the most recognized figures internationally in this artistic field. His style is introspective, with great figures and pastel and desaturated colors. He wants his work not to stand out on the environment, that it is the person who searches for the work and not the other way around. He came to Carballo attracted by the possibility of painting three of the walls on one side of the Forum that look at each other. It is a representation that revolves around a specific concept: the duality of being, through a graphic style that recalls the rhythm of the vignettes of comics. The work of impressive dimensions, made in just 10 days during the first edition of the Rexenera Fest (2015), forms a triptych that shows the internal struggles that each one has to battle with himself. The succession of images seems to convey that feeling of certainty that whatever it may be, the end is near ... And that sooner or later we all end up decomposing as the last image of the triptych. In the work of Aryz, representations of impressive and gigantic figures predominate, from which mixtures of deep emotions emerge, straddling crudeness and tenderness, life and death, recurrent themes throughout his work. The use of pastel colors and a desaturated and intentional chromatic range, makes their vibrant compositions establish a harmonious relationship with their surroundings, in this case with the Forum building and also with its surroundings. The technique of this Catalan artist, a peculiar mixture between aerosol, brushes, rolls and plastic paint, is born from the evolution from graffiti to large format murals, which made his style acquire over time a character of his own.
