Justin Nomad's beautiful contribution to the IPAF Festival in 2019, "painted almost exactly where a mobile library used to park every week, many years ago".
I spoke with the owner of the house where this is painted. He wasn't too happy with how muted the painting is - he was expecting something far more bold - but I assured him he had one of the more beautiful pieces in the neighbourhood.
