Mural of Mochi the pug, the real dog behind the comic @157ofgemma created by Gemma Gené. Gemma Gené is a Barcelona born New York based artist with two very different art practices.
One is the popular online comic about living with his pug Mochi published in the books "Living with Mochi" and "Pugpyhood". The other part of the practice is focused on photo realistic visual art in forms of paintings, murals and sculptures. Gemma likes to use the image of her dog in many of her murals because she believes Mochi's kind face brings joy, peace and love to the community.
