Totul e minunat

Ortaku's proposal consists of an artistic intervention composed of a portrait of the former dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, on a colorful background, smiling ironically, along with a positive message urging optimism: "everything is wonderful". His work is displayed on the windows of the main facade of the Omnia Hall - the future Bucharest National Dance Center.
