This fresco is a carte blanche for the artist, who paints in the colours of the Propaganza collective.
The work is the result of a collaboration between the Atrium Brussels collective and Parcours STREETART.
In addition to beautifying this street, the aim is to attract the attention of the public and invite them to stroll along this small thoroughfare that connects the lower and upper parts of the city.
