The Bridges is een Brugs Street Art-festival in het hart van (en rond) deze prachtige stad. Het festival wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de lokale kunstenaar Wietse en de stad Brugge. We hebben een zeer rijke kunstgeschiedenis en dat is waar dit project om draait: nieuwe jonge kunstenaars de kans geven hun talenten te tonen. Deze kunstenaars uit verschillende plaatsen in België (en internationaal) zullen muren beschilderen met verhalen over onze stad en hen de doeken van hun leven geven. Neem zeker een kijkje op hun socials. Dit jaar is het onze derde editie van het festival. Na 2020 (in de binnenstad) en 2022 (het zeealternatief) hebben we onze route van Brugge en verder afgerond. Dit is een kaart die zich uitstrekt van noord naar zuid, van het hart tot aan de zee. Er is een diversiteit aan thema's zoals geschiedenis, mensen, culinair en ambachten. De Brugse 'die schone' zal je veel liefde geven. Deze alternatieve kunstroute geeft je de kans om nieuwe plekken, een nieuwe kunstscène en nog veel meer in Brugge te ontdekken.

The Bridges is a Bruges Street Art festival in the heart of (and around) this beautiful city. The festival is made possible by local artist Wietse and the city of Bruges. We have a very rich art history and that is what this project is all about: giving new young artists the opportunity to show their talents. These artists from different places in Belgium (and internationally) will paint walls with stories about our city and give them the canvases of their lives. Be sure to take a look at their socials. This year is our third edition of the festival. After 2020 (in the city center) and 2022 (the sea alternative) we have completed our route from Bruges and beyond. This is a map that extends from north to south, from the heart to the sea. There is a diversity of themes such as history, people, culinary and crafts. The Bruges 'that beautiful one' will give you a lot of love. This alternative art route gives you the chance to discover new places, a new art scene and much more in Bruges.
