This might just look like a silly little cartoon frog, but if you look closely at the frog's eyes, you'll see that they are in fact anchor plates.

Such is the work of Tom Bob, who came to Bristol ahead of the 2022 Upfest festival, to turn lots of street furniture into comical works of art.
