This minimalist mural by Bremen Artist Constantin Jaxy depicts the traffic flows of Tamra and Hemelingen, intersecting above the tunnel portal. These traffic arteries merge into an abstract structure, redefining the transition area of the pedestrian and cyclist tunnel.

The urban network of the Hemelingen Tunnel becomes a new artistic symbol, visually overlapping with the core roads of Tamra, Hemelingen's sister city. As pedestrians and cyclists pass by, they experience a symbiosis of space and image, immersing them in an anamorphically structured environment.

With its minimalist design, featuring symbols in traffic blue and signal white, the mural gives the urban space a clear, symbolic framing that highlights the connection between the two cities. A short, succinct text at the tunnel's ends references the relationship with the sister city.
