B. Jub Mönster

Das Double

"Double" is the football term used to describe when a team wins two tournaments in one season. In 2004, Bremen won the German Championship and also became the DFB-Pokal champion. The mural depicts, from left to right: goalkeeper Andreas Reinke, forward Ivan Klasnic kneeling, Ailton standing behind him, and Miroslav Klose performing a somersault. Next to them are Johann Micoud and coach Thomas Schaaf. In the foreground, Tim Borowski is visible, with Ronaldinho behind him. The inclusion of Ronaldinho symbolizes that Bremen's victory in the German Championship secured their spot in the 2005 Champions League.
