Blind Spot

De Blind Spot is een officiële legal wall aan de Markkade in Breda, beschikbaar gesteld door Blind Walls Gallery in samenwerking met Gemeente Breda. De plek is bedoeld voor street artists, graffiti writers en beginnende muralisten die willen oefenen, experimenteren en hun eigen stijl verder ontwikkelen. De muur is vrij toegankelijk en reserveren is niet nodig. Je kunt er werken met spuitbus, roller of kwast en nieuwe technieken uitproberen.

Naast vrij experimenteren is er ook aandacht voor talentontwikkeling en evenementen. Zo organiseerde Blind Walls Gallery hier in 2026 de Blind Walls Talent Jam, waarbij opkomende makers live aan het werk gingen. Een toegankelijke plek om te experimenteren, andere makers te ontmoeten en ervaring op te doen met werk op groter formaat.

The Blind Spot is an official legal wall at Markkade in Breda, provided by Blind Walls Gallery in collaboration with the Municipality of Breda. The spot is intended for street artists, graffiti writers and aspiring muralists who want to practise, experiment and further develop their own style. The wall is freely accessible and no reservation is required. Artists can work with spray paint, rollers or brushes and use the space to try out new techniques.

Alongside free experimentation, there is also a focus on talent development and events. In 2026, Blind Walls Gallery organised the Blind Walls Talent Jam here, bringing emerging artists together to paint live. An accessible place to experiment, meet other artists and gain experience working on a larger scale.
