Faces of allston

Allston-based artist Pete Cosmos’s “Faces of Allston” mural features portraits of some of the characters who have called the neighborhood home, including cartoons created at nearby WGBH. 

 

This mural is part of Zone 3, a Harvard University initiative that started in 2015 to add public art, creative pop-ups, and community events in Allston. Although centered on a hub of buildings at 267 Western Ave, Zone 3 works within the larger neighborhood along the Western Ave corridor.
