About the artist: Tim Ossege, known by his artist name seiLeise, is a Cologne-based street artist. For 10 years, he has been commenting on social developments and global events with stencil artworks and other urban art techniques. Through skilfully pointed motifs, the artist manages not only to make the viewer think, but also to cede interpretive sovereignty to the viewer without raising an index finger.
