Illustratrice Eva Lynen, die in Bilzen werd geboren, voorzag verschillende gevels, etalages en pleinen van illustraties die kleur in de stad brengen. De stad Bilzen gaf Lynen deze opdracht omdat haar explosief kleurenpalet en opgewekte tekenstijl perfect aansluiten bij de identiteit van de stad.
