Duo d'artistes montpelliériens Sancko.artiste et Outofthe.Black réalisent le portrait d'une femme combative face aux épreuves de l'existence : une femme forte ! un clin d'oeil également au passé minier de Bessèges autrefois appelée la cité des hommes forts, forts car mineurs.

A duo of Montpellier artists, Sancko.artiste and Outofthe.Black, create a portrait of a combative woman facing the trials of life: a strong woman! A nod to the mining past of Bessèges, once known as the city of strong men, strong because they were miners.

The Intercommunal Museum of Open and Urban Art, known as MI.A.O.U., is an association that has been developing an urban art trail in the Cévennes tourist region since 2019 - in Bessèges and surrounding villages (northern Gard - France). Our circuit is a discovery trail in the Cévennes National Park and welcomes artists throughout the year to create frescoes.
