Adept of simple and poetic paintings or excessive installations, Timofey Radya does not hesitate to redouble his audacity and nerve in an authoritarian political context and conveys strong messages by their subtlety, their contextualization and their commitment. Inspired by the famous anti-war slogan "Make love not war", he created this mural for the city of Besançon. Project created within the scope of the “6th Bien Urbain edition”.
